Mixing $50 per hour / $300 per day

You've tracked your masterpiece, now you need to get those levels just right, tweak those sounds until they're just like you imagined them in your head, quantize, pitch correct, spatialize, you name it. The song is already written and performed, but if you want people to hear your music as it was intended, it needs to be clear and professionally mixed. We have years of experience mixing clients we have tracked ourselves, and clients who are jumping from studio to studio. Between our experience, our plugins, and our ability to write software as the situation arises, you're sure to walk away with a mix you can be proud to share! Once again, we are available for remote mixing if you are looking to get your tracks taken care of immediately or don't live in the Tri-State area and need that New York magic.

Mastering $50 per hour

As one of the most important, yet least understood, steps in the music production process, mastering involves assembling final mixes into the proper order, adjusting volume levels of each segment and using a variety of technical processes (EQ, compression, limiting, etc.) to polish the final mixes. When done professionally, mastering optimizes the sonic quality of the final track or album.

Mirrortone has a track record of excellence in the subtle art of mastering. Whether it is piecing together that magnum opus of a record or putting the glitter on that hit single, Mirrortone's mastering is sure to take your final mix to that professional level you just can't seem to get.

Remote Mixing $30 per hour

Our remote mixing is ideal for our out-of-town or international clients. We provide the opportunity to have your tracks professionally mixed and mastered no matter where in the world you are.

Our dedicated server provides an easy way for you to upload your multi-track sessions and mix notes directly to Mirrortone.
The process is fun and painless, and we walk you through every step of the process. Give us a call or send us an email to get started.

Remote Mastering $30 per hour

Just like live mastering, we are gonna polish those mixes (no matter where you recorded them) to get them to that glossy sound you hear on the radio or your favorite albums but never knew how to get. Just like our other remote services, we offer a better rate for our clients who jump into the 21st century with us! Shoot us an email or drop a line to get started.

If you are looking for composition services for sheet music (as opposed to a purely audio product), check out our Sheet Music Services below.

Sheet Music based on project

Unlike many recording studios, Mirrortone was founded by some musical cats with musical degrees and backgrounds in both popular music and classical music. Mirrortone's Sheet Music services were formerly that of The Music Transcriber and have engraved scores for major international composers and publishers, and those scores have graced the stands of some of the biggest orchestras and ballets in the world. Did we mention that some of our sheet music department's music software has even been licensed by Sibelius? Who better to work on your sheet music than the people who write the scripts :)
